bringing the latest research into leadership coaching

Is it essential for all coaches to maintain a strong practice of Supervision and Continued Professional Development. And a s a researcher key  for me  to ensure I add value to my clients and their stakeholders by bringing  the latest  evidence for what really works into Leadership Development  and Executive Coaching.

Alongside my gold-standard Senior Practitioner accreditation with Tavistock Consulting's Executive Coaching Programme, 2024-5; other recent CPD  informing my coaching includes:-

- Burnout webinar,  British Psychological Society,  2025

- Coaching Leaders In Times of Crisis, 20-week evidence-based training,  Animas Centre for Coaching, 2024

RESEARCH BACKGROUND

Alongside coaching, I am a trainer, consultant and researcher, chartered with the British Psychological Society (BPS).  I am also an Associate Fellow of the BPS and member of the BPS Division of Coaching Psychology.  I work with charities and local authorities to help embed strength-based psychological assessments and have particular expertise in attachment styles - the patterns of relating and support seeking  we have as children and adults.

Over my career with the Centre for Abuse & Trauma Studies, Middlesex University, I have developed training packages for  semi-structured  interviews  in childhood neglect and abuse, adult stress and coping, attachment style, self-esteem, relationships with partner and in parenting roles.  Please contact me if you'd like a copy of any of these papers.
