Psychologically informed Leadership Development & Life Coaching

Psychological Executive Coaching and Leadership Development
We often revert to familiar patterns of reacting and relating to others when we're under prolonged periods of stress and pressure. As leaders we may find ourselves working even harder, taking on too much responsibility, getting over-involved, or distancing ourselves from our support systems and being reluctant to ask for help.
I offer leaders psychological, relational and highly effective 1:1 Executive Coaching and Leadership Development – allowing time and space to step outside your role and take perspective by gaining an ‘under-the-surface’ understanding of any deep routed, less conscious behaviours that are at play.
With deep listening, kindness, trust and safety at the heart of all my work in our session we’ll work together to develop co-create insightful, emergent thinking spaces that allow deep reflection and insights to come to light.
Meeting monthly means that this new learning can be tested and solidified in organisational contexts and with support systems in real time. Do get in touch for a totally obligation free initial call, where we explore your current leadership or personal challenges, gaining insight and understanding.

What people say about me
‘I was lucky enough to have Catherine coach me earlier this year. Catherine throughout was so helpful, insightful and easy to work with. She very much helped me think through the challenges and plan out next steps understanding my context and adapting the sessions to my needs both in content and logistics. Her mix of skills and styles was especially helpful, I would recommend her for anyone looking for an executive coach. (Mervyn Kaye, Charity CEO, September 2025)
'Coaching with Catherine was a unique personal and professional experience. She is very skilled in tuning in quickly and getting to the nub of issues. I felt understood but never judged and really valued. Catherine’s sharp insights and the way the sessions were held psychologically made me feel safe and energised.' (DFZ, Senior Public Health Advisor, May 2025)
