I'm Catherine Jacobs, CPsychol. I specialise in building resilience in relationships and offer psychologically informed 1:1 Executive Coaching, Leadership Development and Life Coaching to a wide range of clients, helping them transform and flourish.
With trust and safety at the core of my work, I create a grounded, relatable environment where clients can develop deeper ‘under-the-surface’ awareness. Together, we strengthen the friends, family, team and community support systems that play a vital role in cultivating resilience during times of stress, transition, or change. As an EMCC accredited Senior Practitioner and Chartered Research Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, I bring over 30 years of experience specialising in how we build and maintain emotional connections to each other.
Working with both private clients and in partnership with organisations in the corporate and public sector. I aim first and foremost to create a secure base between us - a trusted partnership that combines psychological safety with the right amount of challenge. We both make a space where you can reflect deeply, make courageous decisions, and expand your leadership impact, or goals in life knowing you’re supported and seen at every step.
I offer both 'Getting Started' and 'In Depth' programmes, 'Getting Started' is a one-off two-hour session in which we work together using psychologically informed thinking to understand, reflect on and address your current specific challenges in your leadership role or in a safe and trusting environment. 'In-Depth' is a programme of 8-10, usually ninety minute sessions, taking place at monthly intervals, giving us time to work deeply together and bring about increased emotional awareness and clarity and meaningful change.

Working in the ‘here-and-now’ of our sessions. Offering well timed, accurate and authentic reflections of your thoughts and feelings to further develop your understanding.
Incorporating regular review conversations, especially when developmental goals or organisational contexts change over our time. This leads overall to the greater integration of your thoughts and feelings into clear actions and a shift in focus from the presenting issues to solutions and new ways of working.
